about
the official launch date for jennibean’s designs was in december of 2009. the designs are inspired by a modern and functional lifestyle. much of her inspiration stems from watching her mother as a child create clothing and furnishings for their home. she would use her mother’s leftover scraps to make clothing for her barbie dolls. being meticulously organized and clean also played a big part in her need for creating a functional, versatile, and aesthetically pleasing product. crafting soon became a natural art for her. she tapped into her creative canvas by making gifts for others. with all the compliments and praise from her gift recipients, she decided what better way to share her art with others than by starting her own company doing what she loves.
